£5 course fee payment and equipment consent

Don't forget to pay your £5 fee to Micky and Trefor (you can't borrow equipment until everyone in your group has paid).  Once the whole class has paid then the new media cards will be issued.

Also, don't forget to return your consent form (signed and properly filled-in) to Trefor and Micky.
